Medium Waterproof Bicycle Messenger Backpack Review

I bought the 22 ounce (less) version after seeing how big my current backpack is. This size is perfect for cycling and carrying a laptop and some other items. I used it on the first day of a 25 minute walk in the pouring rain and everything inside was dry to the bone! Although it appears to be durable, there are no flaws in the stitching. I've had several bags over the years and so far this one beats them. It rains 3-4 days a week since I've had this bag, and since my bike is my primary mode of transport to work, I'm thankful for the waterproofness of this bag. The bag is amazing. I get compliments from everyone. The minimalist design is very comfortable and the bag itself is extremely practical. I'm taking away a star or two because of a few things I don't like (everything I don't like is personal preference), no water bottle holder, bag maybe needs 1 more inside pocket for small loose items you don't like to wear. I like the simplicity of this bag. But here are the cons: 1. The velcro is shorter by about 1.5 inches. No matter how you roll it up, the velcro doesn't hide the spiky part of the bag. It's an easy fix for the manufacturer, and it's a bit disconcerting that they haven't fixed it considering others here have complained about the same thing.
