Poor Quality Locknut for Control Cables & Accessories - Industrial and Scientific Product

Based on our own experience we found this locknut to be of poor quality and not up to industrial standards. Despite being marketed as waterproof, we found that it failed to keep moisture out .The adjustable feature was also inconsistent, making it DIFFICULT to keep the cable securely in place. The only pro is that it is relatively inexpensive, but this comes at the cost of durability and reliability. Overall, we would not recommend this product for any industrial and scientific applications..

Durable and Efficient Waterproof Power Transmission Accessory

I recently purchased a plastic locknut for my industrial and scientific CONTROL cables. Through trial and error I found that this adjustable locknut was the perfect solution for my power transmission needs. Cable Gland

This was a great purchase. I needed waterproof cable glands for an outside electrical project. These glands arrived quickly and are well constructed. 3/4" hole in cabinet, screw in gland, pass cable through gland and tighten gland, perfect installation. Highly recommended
