Definitely waterproof. I wore it in the pool/shower and it protected my watch perfectly. I was only talking about using this case when I want to swim. It doesn't stay in the charger long enough to charge. You have to charge it. They're big and bulky, so I don't feel comfortable wearing them on my wrist. Works as advertised. I followed the instructions that came with it and submerged the hull in water with the weight on the bottom for about 15 minutes. The biggest problem is that it is not fully waterproof. If you have a newer watch with a cracked display like mine, it will probably be enough to keep your watch running in the pool. It doesn't spill much, just spills onto the back of the watch, which is already water-resistant.
