I have a Honda Shadow and it covers it to the ground! I like that it's attached at the bottom. It was raining heavily and I opened the bike up to see water or condensation and nothing! I've had it for about 3 months now and I'm glad I didn't have to spend a lot of money on another cover.

UPDATE (1 year later): Lid still holds up except torn where the lid rests on top of the rack above the top drawer. The lid does not bear the load of the luggage rack underneath.
