This is excellent. There is a physical therapist who is also excellent and she said this tool would definitely do the job. It is very effective in breaking down scar tissue. I've had adhesions most of my life, I didn't know what they were (doctors said it was fatty tissue, which wasn't true) and dreamed that somehow they would go away. I had a 50% reduction after using this tool twice a week (first with lotion on my skin) for about four months! Make sure you don't use it too often as you may be

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

I bought this tool in August 2017 and since then my tool collection has been gathering dust. The best buy on the market and the only complete tool. This tool has the best ergonomic handles (which is great considering I frequently treat wrist tendonitis) and is the only…

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • Something different

Four months, a professional chiropractor, two months brought improvement but no cure, cortisone injection brought complete healing, within 2 weeks, then returned to pre-injection status, went to a chiropractor who specializes in sports therapy was and he was using Graston and Active Release and I had a…

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
