For USB 3.0 it's GOOD

I bought this to add some ports to an old laptop with limited USB3 ports and to get two more screens. This is where this document excels. I was able to connect external hard drives, 2 monitors, a webcam and even regular USB drives for my 3D printer. What's not a problem, but I don't like it that much, is that the video outputs aren't both HDMI. One is DVI with HDMI pins. This is not a problem if you are using a monitor that requires DVI. The perfect docking station for my purposes. Everything works great.

I use this docking station with an inexpensive, not very powerful Lenovo laptop. Everything I need works great. Windows 10 was smart enough to find and download compatible drivers so I didn't even have to go to the website for this dock driver software. I'm using two 27 inch monitors, each with a resolution of 1920 x 1080p, one with HDMI and one with an analog VGA cable connected to the adapter that came with it. Both work smoothly and flawlessly. The best laptop dock, Wavlink USB 3.0.

I recently purchased four of these Wavlinks for my Acer Win 10 Pro office laptops based on previous reviews and I regret my decision to purchase them. Unlike the Plugable brand and others, you don't need to install the driver first and then connect the device. You just plug Wavlink into your laptop and it does all the work. My new job gives telecommuters an HP laptop and 1 monitor. I'm used to working with two full screen monitors. I couldn't use any other display as the laptop only has one HDMI port.
