They sent me a broken pole. You could see where the previous owner had put the plastic sealant. The rod was frayed and the bag had small holes. I travel and 50 miles from anywhere. What now? This item should not be sold.

They are really easy to use and a great alternative to expensive car awnings! Combine it with $5 rope from home storage, $6 tarps from port freight, and $3 tents from Walmart, and you have a nice sun visor clipped to your car while camping.

I use these poles for the canopy on my van. They are strong and durable, just what I needed. I like the adjustable height so when it rains I can lean to one side or the other and let the water drain. They are rust-resistant and fold compactly so they don't take up much space.

Mine arrived defective. The top third unlocks and slides out nicely. But with both, the lower part cannot be unlocked and pushed out. They got stuck. i give them back Update: I received an email from the company asking if there was anything they could help me with so I could give them a higher rating. I noticed that I only received part of my refund so I asked about it. They weren't helpful and just asked me to up my rating again.

Delivered product differs from the advertisement. Instead of the advertised 90" silver poles with rope and stakes, the kit included: 100" silver poles without rope and stakes. The poles appear to be good, as does the carry case and eyelet tip covers. I tried to notify Revane that I was missing rope and stakes but the automated system only allowed one replacement which I suspect may end up being the same and any additional shipping seems wasteful.

The sticks themselves are of quite acceptable quality and do their job; so no complaints. Bought to make my own camper sun visor. So far the bars have been great. They seem solid enough and have really great customization. The quickdraws that come with them are really long, which is nice. The lines seem a little thin, but no issues with durability or strength have been identified so far. The prices seem pretty standard for ultralight tents. We used it for the first time this weekend and it rained a little. They stayed safe, but they had water in them. Also, the "Move" and "Lock" arrows pointed backwards. When held bottom down and tip up, the latch sticker indicated that it had to be "pulled" to the right to lock the item - which wasn't right for our bars. We had to pull and turn left for them to lock into place. They are well adjustable in height, although I wish there were some markings on them where to clip for 6ft, 7ft, etc…
