Not the same quality, better customer service!

I bought the exact same group a little over a year ago. I wear my watch every day and through normal wear and tear the strap finally broke. This second one I bought took exactly four days! The leather wasn't as soft as the first strip and tore at the seams. Looking for an alternative band now because I can't return this one (kicked out of the box thinking it would fit another year) **Update** 01/24/2020. another band, they send me another band which should be better quality. I will post another

Pros
  • Not cheap, but decent
Cons
  • Almost everything is included

I like the leather. Mine was stamped with the Top Grain Leather Barton logo, unlike the photos which only showed genuine leather. The leather is very soft and comfortable. I considered getting one of the cheaper versions but didn't want to risk saving a few bucks. I'm glad I didn't and went with a well-known solid brand. A small portion of criticism. I would give this place 4.5 stars if I could. The quick release pin is so small that skin can slip on the protrusion and cover it. It's a very…

Barton, black leather/white stitching.

Hello sports fans. Barton leather strap with quick release buckle. I bought 20mm thick black leather with white linen stitching. First impression, soft elastic skin, immediately felt comfortable. The quick release function certainly makes replacing the leather strap convenient. That being said, I believe this band should be worn on someone who is 7 inches tall. wrist or less. It barely fits on my 7.25 7.5 inch. I use the third hole and none of the leather straps go through the leather keepers…

Will not last long in watch straps

I've had a watch strap for about a week. It's thin and light. Looks more like patent leather than the description says. Raised spots have formed on the strip which you can see in the picture I provided. You look a lot worse in real life. Especially in certain lighting conditions. I don't know if it's from water droplets when washing hands or what? But if that's the case, I've never seen that in a leather strap. It seems like it's only going to get worse. The group now looks terrible and cheap…

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

I bought the exact same strap in January, it was quite worn so I decided to buy another one to replace it. I felt the leather was different as was the color of the same strap I bought less than a year ago. I thought it would match the original over time, which wasn't the case. So I contacted the company to ask if they had changed the leather they were using and their response was pretty dismissive. They told me to apply a leather conditioner and everything would be fine, so I did and it didn't…
