Even with cooking spray, these were the stickiest pans O had ever cooked in. When I got my cakes out they were torn into pieces. Very difficult to clean. My husband turned them over to try and clean the corners. There has to be a better product. They were the right size for cakes and squares but not worth it at all.

The molds are very flexible, requiring you to move slowly after filling. We placed baking sheets under the filled baking sheets in the oven to catch any spilled batter. This, combined with slow traffic, avoided any disruption. Speaking of riots, they're pretty easy to clean up. "Pudding Proof" - Cupcakes get a nice brown crust as if you were using metal molds.

Very happy with these mini cake pans. The cupcakes came out of the molds with no issues and didn't taste like silicone or plastic at all (I washed them with soap and water before use). I brushed the molds with some melting butter, maybe that helped the brownies just fall out. I love silicone molds for keto (low carb, grain free) baking. They are perfect for cloud bread, just the right size to make a small liverwurst sandwich 😊🍔 each small cloud bread is about 3 inches in diameter.
