Unfortunately this pillow didn't fit me, but I thought it was a good pillow. The size is perfect, the height is even and it's a very soft and comfortable pillow. The cooling cover is definitely cool which is a great feature of this pillow. It smells a bit chemical but nothing crazy and doesn't air out. Unfortunately, the pillow didn't give me enough support and ended up hurting my neck. I don't think the memory foam is thick enough for my liking, although it was very comfortable!

I'm pretty picky when it comes to pillows. This is the first pillow I've really liked in a long time. I like firm pillows and while this pillow is medium rather than firm, there is plenty of support. I can sleep on it comfortably whether on my back or both sides, even with bipap. My neck pain is gone and I sleep well. It's a bit heavy like most memory foam pillows. But the cooling cap seems to work. Despite being packaged in a relatively small box, it expanded to its full size immediately…

These are "real" memory foam pillows. I wanted to point this out because in the past I've bought pillows that claimed to be memory foam, but it was regular foam. When you encounter this problem, you will immediately notice the difference. As for the comfort of the pillow, it's thicker than I would like as I usually sleep on my side. The pillow puts my neck at an awkward angle. It's not bad, but it could be a lot better. I believe a person sleeping on their stomach would have the same problem…
