I'm pretty picky when it comes to pillows. This is the first pillow I've really liked in a long time. I like firm pillows and while this pillow is medium rather than firm, there is plenty of support. I can sleep on it comfortably whether on my back or both sides, even with bipap. My neck pain is gone and I sleep well. It's a bit heavy like most memory foam pillows. But the cooling cap seems to work. Despite being packaged in a relatively small box, it expanded to its full size immediately. There was a slight odor that dissipated in less than a day.
