Weighted Blanket Child Children Girls Bedding Review

There are 2 holes in the seams of the duvet. I just received it yesterday and opened it today. Doesn't glow in the dark like it says in the description. Doesn't give an opportunity to get a new one, only returns. I don't want a refund, I want a replacement or my money back

I purchased the pink and blue 5lb weighted comforters. When I first held them in my hands, pink seemed much heavier than blue. Pink is perfect for 5 pounds. Blue weighs only 3.4 pounds. I asked for an exchange thinking it was lucky but the next blue one I got was also £3.4. I contacted the company directly and no one ever replied. So disappointing because the blankets are so soft and my kids love them.
