Weighted Breathable Microfiber Material All Season Review

Very comfortable weighted blanket. I've been using it for a little over two weeks and I'm sleeping much better. It is made of breathable fabric that is very soft. It is made of breathable microfiber. I machine washed it once before using it and it worked great even though I did air dry it. At first I only used it on my feet until I got used to it and then gradually shifted it up. It helps me rest and sleep well when stress levels rise and it's definitely worth it for me.

After months of listening to my husband brag about how much better he sleeps, I finally gave in and decided to try the duvet myself. He was NOT joking. Also as a bad sleeper (or at least I didn't think so) it seems to have calmed my latent anxiety at night. Not only do I wake up more relaxed and rested, I also fall asleep much easier. There's definitely something that fools your brain into thinking it's going to be hugged all night, which will make you switch off like never before.

It has helped my husband sleep better! He told me that he used to wake up too many times during the night and now he moves less and wakes up less with this weighted blanket. I tried this in a desperate attempt and am really impressed, it worked! It's very comfortable and warm. It is the ideal weight and large enough for an adult. After doing some research after ordering it says it's machine safe but when I checked to see if I could wash it at home or in the should bring cleaning, they offered to take it to the laundry. When it arrived I went to the nearest laundry and washed and dried it there. When I got home I checked the entire duvet and found it was fine. I ended up using it that night and it usually takes me a while to fall asleep. I fell asleep almost immediately with this blanket. I really needed help putting it…
