I like that it is easy to use for everyone in my team (even non-experts). The interface looks pretty intuitive at first glance but you can always find more features if needed! Sometimes there are minor glitches with formatting or adding quotes which makes me feel less comfortable using this tool compared to other tools out there such as Google Sheets/Slides etc., however these do not affect our daily workflow very much so we just continue working through them until they get fixed by their…
