I have no problems with sound or microphone quality. They're basically the same as the Apple Earbuds but with a pineapple design.

Bought these for a friend and there is loads of artificial background noise and it sounds like it's a tunnel. I've tried them on several phones and called other phones to see if we can isolate the problem. You are not working.
