This thing is real magic. Any muscle aches or pains will be eliminated instantly within minutes. I use it on my 4 year old when he wakes up with increasing pain in his legs and falls asleep within 5 minutes. I had shoulder pain that bothered me a lot on vacation. As I've said many times before: Weleda products are wonderful. I have been using arnica oil medicinally for many years. If you feel discomfort in your joints, just apply it to gauze or an old handkerchief and tie or fasten it with tape. Do this at least overnight. Also use it for sports injuries or bruises.
