My daughter had very bad eczema all over her body. I tried pure shea butter but it didn't work. I already knew it was a good product, someone gifted it to me years ago and I have some left over, I started using some on my daughter's skin and I saw a noticeable improvement in her skin within two days . Extra Thick Moisturizer. I wanted to have a safe product with good ingredients on hand to help my 1 year old get rid of dry blemishes in winter when his skin gets very dry. It's a nice thick cream, not greasy and you feel really hydrated and don't need more in just a few seconds.
