This did not protect my baby's skin in winter. Even with frequent use and limited outdoor exposure, his skin became very red and dry. I switched to Aquaphor, that suits us better.

He stayed and protected my baby even after she rubbed her face with snow several times. It works. No irritation. She'd been outside for over an hour during today's Nortester and her skin wasn't even dry. Haven't tried it in the cold yet. The box is a bit small.
