The best homemade hair bleach I've tried. I'm a natural 3/4 and it does a great job of lifting to 7-8 in one go. I usually use 20 vol developer and use foil. I like that it's foamier and thicker than some other bleaches. I think it makes applying it to your own hair a lot easier.

I love Wella bleach bags, I am loyal to this product and have never used anything else. However, the product page shows a picture of two packets of bleach powder, so I assumed I would get two packets. If you look closely, somewhere in the description (but not in the title) it says it's only 1.01 ounces, which can be very misleading. I am unhappy that I have been misled but I will simply stop buying this product online and going to my local stores.

I'm giving 4/5 stars because as a teenager I used other products that didn't leave as much red. However, you can see my natural hair is very dark with a natural red color. I used the wella 20 developer, let it work for 50 minutes and, as always, my roots are almost white. I'll give it a few days and then repeat the process on red. In general, I coped with the lighting!

I just switched to this one and my platinum colored hair, very processed, felt sooo much better after rooting this time than it ever did with my previous bleach, that was important! My hair has never felt so good after bleaching. And the elevator was much better. So lighter, whiter.

This is my favorite lightening powder. It's not too dry, can be used with heat and can turn my 8.5 hair into a beautiful platinum in about an hour with just 20 volumes of peroxide. I've been using it for over a decade now and am always disappointed when I deviate.
