Black instead of brown!

Stay away! I ordered MEDIUM BROWN, rooting for many years and received this tube today. Mix with Loreal 20 developer according to the instructions. It turned out to be BLACK! Damn BLACK! Is there a resemblance between medium brown and black? No! Don't buy this!
