Very disappointed as you can see from the video! They assume that using such crates would mean you wouldn't need to read the instructions! We need to rewind the whole thread! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Won't close or fit other bobbins. The ones that come with the kit are flimsy and smaller than the ones you could buy at Michaels, Walmart, or in my case Revain a few months ago. If I can't close the box, it's useless to me.

They are really small. We already have pre-wound coils that will NOT fit in these boxes. Some of them are a little smaller and therefore closing the box is very difficult when we use the trophies we already have. A little disappointing.

This organizer is half the size of all other organizers. I scrolled down to the description to find the dimensions and it's not there. I had to wait for the rest of the information to load, scroll down much further and finally see the size 5"X7". I will be using these but was very disappointed that I now have to order 2 full size organizers for the amount of thread I need to organize. Apart from the disappointing miniature size, everything is fine. Too bad I assumed they were normal sized.

When I bought this item, the main obstacle in my decision was not being able to tell how big it would actually be. I've seen thread storage bins before and thought they usually come in a standard size. They're smaller, about half what I was expecting, but they hold quite a bit of filament and are fairly portable. This was sent in bubble wrap and an envelope and the corner of one box was broken off. I didn't want the hassle of driving across town to send it back so my husband taped the large pieces in place to make it last. Shipping damage aside, I'm happy with the boxes. I really like that you can take out any other divider to adjust the size. Plastic spools are perfect. I'm not sure if I will use number stickers on the reels. This is a good product. The price is reasonable, it comes with lots of strong plastic spools, two sturdy cases and I love the clasps, the stickers are a nice touch and it's nice to have removable parts. It almost earned five stars on its own until I realized I couldn't use other coils in these cases. If I were to compare it to my other floss cases it would probably get three and a half stars for which I prefer. I found it a pity that I didn't pay attention to the dimensions in the description…
