Game Changer! I've been lugging my 32" softbox (with extension) around my property and it's been a nightmare. Excellent set. This will take your flash photography up a notch. Very easy to assemble and deploy. Supplied in a neat little holdall. Really softens and expands the light coming from flashes. I would suggest getting an external battery for your flash as well as a wireless trigger system to complete the system. Coasters are usually lightweight but suitable for this purpose. You will likely need (require) more than one of these to complete your setup.

This kit is great, just add a flash and you're done. I like Westcott Rapid boxes in general and this smaller size that doesn't use a speed ring is handy. A deflector is required. The stand is light, but it makes sense to use this Rapid Box, which is only intended for hot shoe flashes. As with all light stands you will need something to hold it when using it in windy conditions with a huge modifier on top. This is my "Day Off" lamp. I use a different tripod as I mainly use it outdoors for my off-camera flash. I also have a diffuser. Maybe you could do without it. However, it basically does the same thing as a cosmetic case with it. You could probably take the lid off the little pot and make your own, but I like to "look" professional.
