I bought this to match the farmhouse style that my old house has become. It looks great and functionally offers a lot of light. I have a dimmer and use 60 watt Edison LED bulbs which look vintage. I also really like that the underside of each of the four lights is white, which matches the color of my dining room walls. Couldn't be happier with him! If you like rustic and/or vintage style I highly recommend it.

We bought almost expensive Hunter lights that almost match our ceiling fans. I found this at Revain and we love it - it's lightweight, offers tons of light, has a cute farmhouse aesthetic, especially with Edison bulbs, and was a lot cheaper than Hunter bulbs. I also bought a matching linear light for our kitchen - it's fantastic and we get loads of compliments. So glad we went with these over the Hunter - great looks and high quality at a reasonable price.

I really like this lamp in my kitchen. I thought about adding some extra lighting under the top cabinets but decided to replace the top light first. I'm so glad I did! This lamp looks great and gives off a lot of light. I put dimmable LEDs in and it's still brighter than the previous unit even when I'm on the lowest setting. Now no additional lighting is required. This overlay element will greatly decorate the kitchen. And can I tell you again how fabulous it looks! Couldn't be happier.

I doubted it but I'm glad I bought it now. It has an industrial look but is more sophisticated than a lot of what is currently on the market. The Edison lights look fun, we just took a trip to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn Michigan and enjoyed visiting Edison's workshop (great trip if you're interested). It perfectly illuminates the table, but the light is blocked by the curtains over the lamp. We have an open floor plan and I noticed that it blocks out TV glare better than our old set.

We have a bit of a rustic decor in our house so we got this dining room light along with Edison style bulbs. That's very good, but there are a few things I want to clarify. After ordering I went back and looked at the items and they were listed as "wired" with 5 or 6 feet of cord. This confused me as I didn't want the instrument to be wired. I wanted to mount it rigidly to the ceiling. Googling I saw that if it was wired I could take it apart and tie it up. I did a lot of research to finally choose this light for my dining room. I just love it! Especially for the price! I almost got the look of it being glass instead of metal but cleaning the glass every day would be a nightmare (I read that in the reviews - no thanks right?
