Damaged bulb

I received 10 out of 10 ordered with thanks, but 1 pc. was damaged as shown in the photos. I understand the situation with such goods. Please replace it as soon as possible.

Only lasted 91 days out of 416,417

I installed them on January 6th 2021 and they both failed within seconds of April 7th 2021. That's 91 days. These lamps are said to last 10,000 hours, which is rounded up to 417 consecutive days. This is definitely false advertising. Did you know they contain MERCURY?!
