Sealed 20 bags with new machine. Then smoke billowed out from under the seal. Tried to contact Weston but the hotline phone was down due to Covid-19. When I contacted them they said they couldn't help. Got a replacement car from Revain. When unpacked, the bag cutting rod is bent and scratched. I purchased this item based on the reviews and the story I read and saw about it. To my surprise, it started working about 2 weeks after purchase. Failed to suck all the air out of the bag. 3 months later the problem became permanent. I tried calling the company to have a one on one chat with a technician but that didn't work. Even Revane couldn't reach the company by phone. After several emails asking me to test the device in different ways, I almost gave up and decided to buy another product.
