Unreliable Luggage for Frequent Travelers

Based on our own experience, this laptop backpack fails to deliver its promised waterproof feature. Our laptop got wet despite the heavy rain and waterproof claim of the product. On the bright side, the charging port is helpful for on-the-go charging. However, we cannot recommend this backpack for frequent travelers as it cannot provide adequate protection to your valuable electronics.

The zipper broke within 40 days.

It looked like a good backpack, the size was right and the color was good. The description says durable. The zipper broke on the 40th day of wearing this backpack. Unfortunately I am 7 days past my return date. I would not recommend this backpack.

As expected - use as school backpack

My kid somehow managed to make a hole in the bottom of his new backpack during his first two months at school so I got this one instead. It keeps the laptop well along with folders and other school supplies. Lots of space and comfortable to wear. I know someone else has complained about the broken flash. My child ruins everything. So far it's holding up with no problems. I'm not sure if they're in a bad situation, but ours is holding up strong.
