Impressed with Cellulose Membrane Filters

These filters have been a game-changer for my lab work. After trying them, I have found they have superior retention capabilities and high porosity for optimal filtration. The result is a much cleaner sample and less wasted time trying to repeat experiments. The filters are easy to use and I have found them to be very durable. One minor con is that they can be slightly more expensive than other alternatives. Overall, I highly recommend these filters for any lab filtration needs.

Pros
  • Superior retention capabilities and high porosity for optimal filtration.
Cons
  • Can be slightly more expensive than other alternatives.

High-quality, well-packaged product

High-quality, well-packaged product at an affordable price. Grids are particularly useful when small samples need to be counted, such as B. the smallest plant seeds.

Pros
  • All membrane filters have a high-contrast grid (3.1 mm)
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Filter bent in the packaging.

Quality is good and the price is reasonable. It's just that these filters are a bit tricky to place on the filter base as they are curved rather than laying flat. With a little extra manipulation, they eventually sit upright once the vacuum takes over. After the vacuum is released, they bend again.

Pros
  • Hydrophilic, sterile, individually wrapped
Cons
  • Not sure
