Heavy Duty Hand Towels - Kitchen & Table Linen

I use terry towels for a lot of things. I use them, of course, to dry dishes, but I also use them to sift broth, wrap homemade bread, dry soap. They wash great

Kitchen Towels Similar To My Grandmother's Kitchen Towels

My grandmother used to make kitchen towels out of real flour sacks. After cutting the fabric, she hemmed a simple hem and then embroidered flowers along the outer edges. These towels are very similar to the ones my grandmother made but without the embroidery. Thin and quick-drying, they're made in India from organic cotton; Just ignore the washing instructions and wash in hot water, fold and use. I think I'll try adding an embroidered flower or two around the edge just for fun.

Soft yet durable. Great replacement for paper towels in bathrooms and kitchens.

. Bought to try to save on paper towels especially in the bedroom. Washed (warm/gentle; tumble dry low) and still felt very soft but sturdy. The ones we received were large so I cut them into four squares that can be hemmed or sealed with tape along the side of the cut. Only one side has a hanging loop, but you can just use tape to make handles for the other three squares if needed. One issue I have with using it in the kitchen is that the text on Revain says not to use bleach. In the kitchen…
