It works exactly as it should and separates the box. The divider is very tight so it stays where you put it. The ends also have rubber pads (not a sticker) to keep them in place. I wish it was a little higher, but it works.

My incompetence aside, that's cool! The sticky (but not sticky) ends keep it from slipping, and its construction and thickness give the impression that it will withstand many uses. It does what it says on the tin and although it's a bit more expensive for what is essentially a piece of plastic - the peace of mind you get if you're not looking longer in a teenage room-like kitchen drawer, they're worth it.
