Not a very good product. It was messy and felt like I had received a product that someone had just sent back. The parts were in a ziplock bag, there was dust on the metal supports and some of the wooden planks were broken! I think you get what you pay for. At this price it's very cheap and I decided to just keep it to myself. I bought a hot glue gun, glued the wood together, cleaned it up and used scissors to cut off the strands of hair that were curling around the wheels. Awesome, but it works

As stated in other reviews, the product was very easy to assemble, even for a short (1.5m) person like me. But like other folks, some of the holes on the bars are misplaced so they don't snap, giving the rack an overall flimsy feel (probably a manufacturing defect or something). I've tried swapping the rods to see if I can get it in place with the other rod ends but to no avail. I need to drill a hole to make the hole a little bigger to fit in place. I bought one of these hangers 3 years ago and it was very nice, durable and looked great. This new one looks cheap. There are staples in the wooden planks that cannot be seen in the photos of the model. All 4 corners of the base were broken off due to transport damage, the shape does not match the photos of the model. The paint had been scraped off the underside of one of the pillars, revealing the brass color. The parts bag wasn't sealed and I only had 2 long screws and a short top screw, so…

I ordered 2 of these hangers before this one - one from a local store and one from Revain. The first 2 I bought were identical and built exactly the same. This one had a few differences: 1) The wooden slats and base were glued together and the glue was visible when viewed from below.
