I contacted these people to get (2) different rat tail colors. They contacted me almost immediately to let me know that the message had been received. They arrived exactly how I wanted and on time. Line of ideal thickness, strong. A note: this cord is polyester, not nylon. The label was stuck to one of my rolls. However, you can burn the ends to keep them from fraying and I don't see any difference in cord gauge.
