Worth the money!: Compact Fridges

Overall this is an incredible addition to our hikes. It can be operated with both AC and DC power and offers great flexibility. This is NOT a cool box, this is a real fridge freezer. In a deeper bin the deviation is three degrees, ie figure 34 means it is actually 38. The upper, smaller bin differs by about one degree.

Great cooler! in the kitchen and dining room

Power saving mode works very well. It's switchable, so it takes care of the power supply automatically - without disconnecting and reconnecting. I love light! I had no idea how much it brightens up the interior and damn it helps! Maintains the right temperature and as a bonus I can see what the battery voltage is. A month of continuous use and I can not find a single minus! I replaced the twice as expensive cooler with an inferior fastening system.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Waiting too long

Better than Yeti for kitchen and dining room

One of the most amazing coolers I have ever bought. I would buy this Yeti any day that I would have experienced both side by side. I've been running out of juice on a 12 volt solar battery in my shed on a remote farm for two months and my beer is always ice cold. In fact, I had to turn on the thermostat because ice was building up inside me. With the battery monitor it draws 1 or 2 amps while the LED I got from the same battery draws 20 amps. Just unbelievable!

Very heavy but works well so far.

I bought this fridge for camping, travelling, hoping it will last a long time. He arrived yesterday. The weight was a surprise. It was very heavy carrying it up the stairs, definitely a task for two people! It is easy to apply and cools down quickly. He's relatively calm. I used two thermometers and it looks like different parts of the fridge have different temperatures. In the larger basket, the settings are the same as the built-in thermometer, while in the smaller basket, the temperature is…

Great fridge or not? - Depends on how you want to use it!

In many ways this is a great product. It's compact, holds the set temperature well, switches between AC and DC automatically (we use it in a camper van so this feature is very valuable) and has - in our case - worked continuously for several months. . There is a serious problem with the gasket that seals the top cover/door/cover. It is only about 5/16 inch (8mm) wide and is in a trough. It's really too narrow and short to get the job done. And being in the trough doesn't help. So if you use the

I was very impressed at first. It was packed so well. It was packed in a thick cardboard box. Inside the outer box was an inner box made of thick cardboard. Plastic corner protectors have been molded into each of the eight corners. The freezer was in a plastic bag. I had a good feeling. (Concerned about shipping damage before buying). But I felt that any company that packs their product this well must have a good product. I plugged it into the mains and turned on the quick freeze. It started at
