WideBot Review

The bot builder tool provided by them was very easy to use, they have an excellent customer support team which helped me with any questions I had throughout my project development process as well! They also made sure that everything went smoothly for us when it came time to launch our product into production mode - we didn't feel left out at all during this stage of implementation (although their marketing department did try hard!). I like that there are many tools to help me build my bot, both from WIDEBOT own library of examples as well other 3rd party libraries such as Botkit or Dialogflow - which makes it easy for developers without technical skillset but willing learn them quickly! The UI could be more intuitive at first sight- not so hard learning curve when you started with programming bots using widebots example codes etc.- would also love if we can integrate our messenger application (chat) into widerobot instead…
