Review on WideBot by Darrin Lucas

I like that there are many tools to help me build my bot, both from WIDEBOT own library of examples as well other 3rd party libraries such as Botkit or Dialogflow - which makes it easy for developers without technical skillset but willing learn them quickly! The UI could be more intuitive at first sight- not so hard learning curve when you started with programming bots using widebots example codes etc.- would also love if we can integrate our messenger application (chat) into widerobot instead having separate app/accounts! More features integration especially SMS messaging capability will definitely increase user engagement significantly once integrated together!! This helps us get feedback faster by allowing users engage their questions / requests directly within text message rather than waiting till they go back online & access website form again!!
