It's super easy to use and the button stays buttoned. The only thing that isn't a problem with the button is that sometimes the front of your jeans will fray if you make the waist too narrow.

Very easy to use. I lost some weight but was able to wear multiple pairs of pants that I might have had to throw away. Great idea for those on a diet or if your weight fluctuates from time to time.

The two pieces separate easily and become a problem when you use them to reduce your waist - the two pieces come undone if you don't stay practically still. I'm active enough that showing up is more annoying than it's worth.

They are so so useful for people like me who have a small waist and large hips and buttocks. It gives me a much better shape and makes all my bottoms more comfortable. I will say that the buttons sometimes fall off when I eat a lot, breathe deeply, sit oddly, etc., but that's not a very big problem.

This is a great idea but it lacks design. My daughters and I each took one to use on jeans that were either too big or too small at the waist. We almost broke our fingers trying to pry off the back of the pen. Then after 2-3 days of wearing, the button fell off and was lost. I hope nobody stepped on the sharp pin because it's basically a thumbtack. I wish it was done a little differently because it's a great concept.
