Fits me: Spare parts

The antenna was easy to mount on the roof of my Tacoma. Since I only use CB when driving on the freeway, I wanted a low SWR on channel 19. I tested the SWR with the pin down and the SWR was 1:5 to 1 on channel 19. I played with the pin and the SWR lowered . to 1.2 to 1, almost perfect. The coax cable and PL259 connector are of good quality, and the coax cable is a bit thicker than I expected. I can seem to listen a few miles up and down the road which is all I want without needing a longโ€ฆ

Give it a try when you buy the best spare parts

I like these antennas, I've had several and they work well, but I ordered these, I had to wait for the truck to be fixed before fitting them and there was no way I could get a standing wave out out of him it was so high that the cb wouldn't even turn on without making strange noises. i had another one of the same brand but i took it from another car and decided to try it, it worked great so i even had a cheap one i tried it worked so i bought a good paperweight because I knew I had too muchโ€ฆ

Complete garbage. in spare parts

Don't waste your money. This antenna is garbage. 15 years of truck driving, I can plug in the radio with my eyes closed. I got this for my personal car and am very disappointed in Wilson on it. The main problem is that, as stated in another review, the length of the antenna and the coaxial cable do not meet the requirements. The coaxial cable is just under 16 feet long. Whip 3 feet, 19 feet total. Anyone familiar with the length of radio waves knows the 3 foot increment rule, so theoreticallyโ€ฆ

Not if you want a good antenna.

Sold as a CB antenna. Good antennas are slightly longer than the AM band, 26.2-27.5 MHz, also known as the 11 meter band. Why longer? Because in order to tune the antenna, it is usually shortened. Adding an antenna is difficult to say the least. I owned this antenna for 2.5 hours. MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION: The damn antenna was TOO SHORT! Its standing wave ratio ("fall") was square in the 20 meter band at 28.0 MHz! What a freak, Wilson? [The shorter the antenna, the higher the frequency itโ€ฆ
