I'm sure I'll love this antenna once I find an adapter

This antenna should improve the signal quality in my motorhome considerably once I find an adapter to connect to my weBoost Drive Reach. This isn't the first time I've encountered mismatched antenna connections between weBoost amps and the additional antennas they sell. They should either standardize the connectors used in their products or standardize their expensive products. Also, it looks good sitting on my desk waiting to be connected.

Works as advertised

This is the perfect replacement for the internal WeBoost antenna. The cable on my original device broke and had to be replaced. This device worked just like the original. Based on other reviews I'm wondering if some people don't understand how this antenna works. This is not a standalone cellular signal booster device. It needs to be connected to a WeBoost signal booster to work.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Socket required

Works wonders in the camper

Affordable price. Reliable. If you get 1 bar at reception it brings 2 bars. 2 lanes usually equals 3 or 4 depending on where you place the antenna. An external antenna is better. Keeps phones and internet optimal for any area you are in. Verizon and AT&T are good at it. Ideal for Class B as it takes up very little space. Disconnecting the TV, receiver and antenna is no easy task, but you will figure it out and then set it up permanently.

GREAT REPLACEMENT

Our signal booster has stopped working. We had absolutely no service for several days and couldn't figure out the problem. My husband started taking it apart and found that the antenna's brass connection was broken, preventing a signal from being sent. We bought this (at a very reasonable price considering the signal booster is over $300) hoping it would fix the problem. Of course the problem was fixed and the service became even better than we could get in that time! I think the broken brassโ€ฆ
