Wilson Single Density Mouthguard Without Sports & Fitness Review

I use 2 cups and 1 spoon to make this mouthguard, 1 cup for cold water and 1 cup for boiling. Kappa should NEVER be left in hot water for more than 30-45 seconds, it will melt. For convenience, you can cut off the ends with scissors. It's like a science experiment!

I tried following the instructions by putting it in boiling water for 30 seconds, when I tried to take it out of the water the mouthguard was already warped. melted into a piece of wood. At this point, there's really nothing to do but acknowledge the fact that you just wasted a few bucks on a bad product.
