Very flexible in position and rotation to hold the phone. I installed it on the dashboard of my F-150 to the left of the glove box so it doesn't obstruct my view while driving. I have a Motorola Moto G7 Power in a Spigen case and the Encased cradle holds it very securely so you can plug in the charging cable for those long trips. Reliable investment, very happy with the purchase.

Works as expected, Large phone with small case still fits well. The only problem I've found is that this plastic ball valve creaks when you turn the device. Hope there was some damage. 5 stars for not having my phone in my GPS lap anymore, slipping all over the place and falling to the ground. I recommend everyone to buy a berth for their car. Carrying your phone in a shock or rubber case won't keep it in place. In fact, even out of the case, my phone flew out of its clips onto the ground after accelerating at a traffic light. It stays on the dash but you need to find a flat spot on the dash. It adapts, and if I had a smaller and lighter phone it could handle it. I have a Moto 8 stylus - I don't like the size of this phone but that seems to be all manufacturers do. work better if the side clips have a little more teeth at the front.

This is exactly what I was looking for; and the price was worth it. I've been using it for a few days now and have noticed some nice features: 1) This holder obviously works with other phones. I hate changing all my phone accessories when I change my phone. 2) The holder allows for a variety of angles. First of all, thanks to everyone who answered my pre-order question! We used them with our new Moto G Power phones. I'm sure these phones will fit perfectly without a case. However, we have protective covers and they do not fit exactly on the lower holder, but rest on the curved top. The side handles barely hold the body.
