Please note that the picture and description of this product are INCORRECT. It DOES NOT include a handle (which is required to raise and lower the satellite dish). I ordered this kit because it came with a handle as shown in the picture and description. When I received it I noticed that no handle was included. I contacted Revain customer service by phone, informed the cs representative of the missing part and was given the option to ship back to them for a refund (without the additional cost of
