Review on 📶 Winegard Mobile Interior Hardware Kit for Improved Connectivity & Convenience by Wesley Holmes

Please note that the picture and description of this product are INCORRECT. It DOES NOT include a handle (which is required to raise and lower the satellite dish). I ordered this kit because it came with a handle as shown in the picture and description. When I received it I noticed that no handle was included. I contacted Revain customer service by phone, informed the cs representative of the missing part and was given the option to ship back to them for a refund (without the additional cost of returning it as faulty) or a replacement. I contacted Winegard directly and they said that the RK-CEIL kit does not include a handle, it is a separate RK-HAND kit that costs another about $10 from them. I have informed Revain of the issue here and asked them to at least correct their listing for this product so that other buyers do not run into this issue, but nothing has been done to date. Also, do a google search for "Winegard RK-CEIL" and you'll find the same $3 kit. less - order this and a pen for about $6.
