I ordered my bra size but it’s too big in the cup.

I want to love this bra but it is too big in the cup size. Even the rib size worn on the tightest setting is not tight enough to support the top edge of this as a wired bra. The three hooks in the back do support the bottom of the bra and that is secure and fits well. Unfortunately, you can see the top of the bra sagging in my picture where I’m wearing the strapless bra underneath my skinny strapped shirt. The edge of the bra is gapping which should be snug against my chest skin. The pictures…
