Not same quality as Insul-Brite. It is not the same thickness, it seems that this product does not have such high temperature resistance, and the rigidity is lower. I have to use irons to pair the placements I make to make them feel a bit more solid. I wish Insulbrite could be bought with a bolt.

I have been sewing for 70 years and do it professionally. I use this Pellon for hot pads and oven mitts. I make a lot of household items, weighted blankets, tablecloths, etc. The pelon I received is so lumpy and inconsistent I don't know what to do. I read some negative reviews before purchasing but decided to purchase as the price was much better than other products. It's not the same thickness as Insul-Bright, but it works. The instructions recommend using a piece of cotton on both sides of the Pellon Insul Fleece, which then fills it out well.
