Save money and time. The base coat never dries and I ran it under the light for 3 minutes and it always stays tacky. This makes the nail polish very watery and eventually between the base coat, two coats of nail polish and the top coat it becomes very thick and never dries completely. This is the worst base and top coat I have ever bought or used. He was fat and very fat. Application was a struggle no matter how little or how much was on the brush.
