This is my first review after using Ooma for about 3 weeks. I will update if necessary. My early rating would be 4.5 stars. I'm a cool grader! I bought a device - an Ooma Telo device PLUS a wireless Linx device. You need Linx if you want to connect multiple phone systems. In my case I have a system with 3 handsets and another separate phone. My purchase of the service - I chose the Premier service from the start because I liked the extra features. I got rid of my internet and voice package from my local cable provider and switched to an internet only service to use this VoIP device. The savings are up to $400 a year so how can I ignore that. Except that I ignored it for so long. The score isn't perfect because Ooma Tech Support "shot from the hip" with their solutions. I'm a technologist, so I knew what was going on. I just needed confirmation that they knew the solution to my problems. Long story short, I had to replace my old firewall.
