Poorly made power button, which makes it difficult to turn the device on and off. But worst of all was the WIFI. It won't connect unless it's near the router. Big disappointment. EDIT: The alleged owners of the company that sold this to me have threatened not to refund the money unless I remove this review. Since I've already received a refund, I have to assume the threat came from the manufacturer. Blackmail is not the best business model.

Slightly slow motion detection, 2 seconds delay before recording starts. as soon as the object moves out of the zone, even if it is still visible. IR night vision is terrible (looks great in daylight). and easy to set up.

Having bought one to try I now have four. I attached mine to the ledges of the house outside. They are small but with a wide viewing angle. No external cables! For the price and ease of installation and use, this is a very good deal! It's not a high-end security device, but if, like us, you use it to at least see what's outside and get regular notifications when something's going on, that's pretty sweet!
