First, it connects and works effortlessly on my win10. Now I passionately hate it when the mouse keeps turning off. Nothing is more frustrating, you have to do something and come back, forced to click the power button below. Keyboard, not sure if key spacing is disabled or whatever, but constant typos are driving me nuts. Right now I'm telling myself that I just have to adapt. This keyboard is very good. It's quiet and I really like the included cover to keep crumbs out. The phone holder has some problems with thicker phone cases, but is very comfortable overall. I also like that the mouse clicks are very quiet. In addition, the roller is very smooth. I would buy another one if I needed one.

The color is pink rather than crimson. I would have preferred the keyboard to be slanted, but it still works well. I don't know if it's a mouse issue or something else, but I did experience mouse lag. So I just turned off the mouse and used my previous one with the new keyboard
