Happy with purchase

Love it. Works as intended. I took a lot of photos with myself as the setup. Plus I was able to take photos while in them! The range was good. Took family photos from 30-40 feet away (haven't tried further yet). I recommend.

Not suitable for remote lamp mode. But pretty good.

I really like the handle design. Just knowing that it works without batteries is driving me insane. The remote works when you press it from a distance, but it doesn't work in lamp mode, which is a shame if you want to paint with light.

  • Great price

Watch out for electronic interference signals.

Does what it says on the tin. But don't use it next to your friend who has the same even if you choose different channels. There is also a problem with electric rail transport. Otherwise I like it. Easy to set up and use.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Not very good quality, nor does it enable video recording

One of the many specimens of the Asian product. Poorly written instructions, incomprehensible buttons. I was really hoping that I could use this to trigger the video function on my Nikon camera. Although there are some google articles claiming to explain this, I've never been able to get this to work.

Excellent Wireless Intervalometer

This is a wonderful wireless instrument that worked flawlessly with my Nikon D610. Conveniently, when you press the shutter button during the long exposure, the cable is not connected to the camera. I also like the on/off function. saves batteries and I love how you can connect a cable to the control box and have a wired trigger if needed. Overall I think it's a great product.

Works unreliably with Bulb shutter setting

Intervalometer works well when connected directly and wirelessly for a fixed shutter speed, but works unreliably when using Bulb setting in wireless mode. The shutter opens at the beginning of each interval, but often closes well before the end of the interval. For example, with a 1 minute bracket, I get about 60-70% correct exposures, but about 30-40% are under a minute - some had the shutter open for just a few seconds! So if you need reliable bulb exposure, just get a wired intervalometer or
