I needed this, just took me a long time to figure it out, I've seen it, I've ordered it, I've tried it and it works great on my little backpack! I'm happy!

My strap that was on my Goruck backpack must have gotten caught somewhere and broke off. I was looking for a replacement as I use this chest strap when hiking. This is the exact same product and works great.

I lost one of my chest straps a few years ago and found this replacement. There were two types to choose from; once with clips and once without. I chose them because my current D-Clips are too tall for my liking. The mounts are designed for straps up to 1 inch wide and I have three quarters of an inch. They fit great and stay in place.

Strap material is too smooth like seat belt material, making it easy to go through the buckle. If there is tension between the shoulder straps, the length cannot be adjusted as they slip off immediately when tightened. I suppose you could roll and lock the material to give it a fixed length, but I'd like to be able to adjust how my pack rides on me on long crabs.

I will be traveling this summer and I will be traveling in an area that may have people who can drive through and pick up your bag. I wanted to tie something around my waist to protect myself from it. The chest strap is long enough to go around my waist, connecting to my bag's straps and still being comfortable. The backpack's chest strap seems to hit the mark.

I needed a hip belt for a new backpack I bought for a trip to Europe this summer. None of the lap belts worked so I decided to try this one. It works but I'm not sure about the durability. A buckle that can be fastened. Backpack straps are plastic, not metal. Also, the strap isn't as wide or soft as I'd like (I'm working on a possible fix for this). If it survives my nearly month-long trip I will be happy with this product. Due to the corona virus, of course, my trip cannot take place.

I bought this after what I normally buy became unavailable. This particular chest strap is not that strong. In fact, the buckle clasp broke after just one ride. I follow my stuff very closely, but when I'm traveling and folding luggage/taking them out of the compartments, things don't always go smoothly, and at some point the clasp just broke.
