Good staffing Solution - Easy-going implementation & Excellent Support

It is very easy to use and it allows you to create new employees profiles, make payrolls, send emails to employees, etc. The user interface could be more intuitive for novices. I recommend this product because it is simple and easy to use. We used to have many problems with our old system of HR management but this software solved all those problems. Employee Database Software - Manage your employees, benefits, payroll, leave requests, and more.

This tool has been so helpful when I was managing my own HR program! Being able to see all my employees in one place and view their individual pay rates, benefits, training opportunities and leave requests has been extremely useful. When I would get a request, I would simply click 'approve' or 'decline' and move on. I've had no issues getting approvals since implementing this system. Pros
  • I'm a big fan of the calendar feature as it helps keep me organized, knowing what needs to be completed and when
  • Helps save time by keeping all your records on-line and making it easier to access them from anywhere.
Cons
  • For example, it does not support importing Excel spreadsheets, although you can export a CSV file from Excel.
  • There are some bugs in the application that may affect performance, especially if the database is large (like mine).
